§ 35.11. QUALIFICATIONS.

The applicant for Police Chief shall have graduated from high school or have a high school equivalency certificate; completed the basic ten week training program offered by the Division of Law Enforcement Training or have four years of practical experience as a police officer and be 25 years of age or over.
