§ 72.13. NO PARKING AREAS.

  • At any time, it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle or other personal property to stand in any of the following places; except, when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a policeman or traffic control device:
    (A) In any intersection.
    (B) In a crosswalk.
    (C) Upon any bridge or viaduct, or in any subway or tunnel or the approach thereto.
    (D) Within any designated fire lane.
    (E) Within six (6) feet of any mail box.
    (F) At any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable width of the roadway from moving traffic.
    (G) Within six (6) feet of a fire hydrant.
    (H) At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway, or ramp for persons with disabilities, or in such a manner as to obstruct the vision of drivers approaching an intersection.
    (I) On any sidewalk, parkway or highway right-of-way.
    (J) At any place where official signs prohibit parking.
