§ 150.34. SIGNS THAT REQUIRE A PERMIT BUT ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYING FEE.

- The following signs shall require a permit but shall not require the payment of a fee:(A) Temporary signs for a new business for up to 30 consecutive days from the first day of business. Exempt signage shall only be displayed on the property where the new business is located.(B) Temporary signage placed for four weeks or less. To be exempt pursuant to this provision, the owner of the signs, or the owner's representative, must advise the city of the dates said signs will be erected.(Ord. 2017-18, passed 11-6-17)
