It shall be the duty of the owner and occupants to every lot, building, structure or property in Bullitt County, Kentucky, to have placed thereon in a place visible from the street, or if a building is two hundred (200) feet or more from a street or road, the assigned number shall be displayed at the entrance to the access road or driveway to such building, lot, structure or property by means of a separate marker, figures at least one and one-fourth (1 ¼) inch by two (2) inches high, showing the number of the building, lot, property or structure.
