§ 39.12. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.

City employees owe their primary work allegiance and energies to their city job. Any outside employment which interferes with or creates a conflict of interest with the employee's city employment is prohibited. Any such outside employment must be approved by the Mayor.
